27.11. Sampsa Astala
Sampsa performed as the drummer and backing vocalist of Lordi, contributing to five of the band’s studio albums and taking part in their Eurovision victory in 2006. After that, he launched his own career — first as the frontman of Stala & So., and since 2016 as a solo artist. Sampsa is also known as the vocalist of Mötikkä, a band that performs Finnish-language versions of Mötley Crüe songs.
In addition to his own material, Sampsa Astala performs Finnish rock as well as English-language pop and rock classics.
